These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the JustFed device, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Dynamic Tabletop Systems, LLC (“JustFed,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
JustFed is a pet feeding coordinator. It lets you log a feeding with one tap and instantly syncs that event to everyone in your household so no one accidentally feeds a pet twice. JustFed is not an automatic feeder and does not dispense, store, or administer food, water, or medication. You remain solely responsible for actually feeding your pet and administering any medication.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We strongly recommend enabling multi-factor authentication. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to enter into these Terms.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; by subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
We target 99.9% uptime for our cloud services. This is a goal, not a guarantee. The Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control (including internet outages, your home Wi-Fi, or third-party providers).
JustFed does not feed your pet and does not dispense food, water, or medication. It is a coordination and logging tool only. Never rely solely on JustFed to ensure your pet is fed or medicated. Notifications, reminders, and sync may be delayed or fail due to connectivity, device, or other issues. Always confirm feedings and medication directly. JustFed is not a substitute for veterinary care or your own judgment regarding your pet's health and nutrition.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUSTFED AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS RELATING TO PET HEALTH, MISSED OR DUPLICATE FEEDINGS, OR MEDICATION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JustFed, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Most concerns can be resolved by contacting support. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and JustFed agree to resolve it through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in a class action. You may opt out of arbitration by notifying us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where superseded by mandatory local consumer-protection laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
